Germany tries to turn back clock on CO2 from cars

Brussels, 30/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - Its general election barely over, on Friday 27 September Germany tried a new offensive in the hope of getting its European partners to agree to a delay in applying the political agreement reached in trialogue in June on reducing CO2 emissions from private cars.
