Snam and GUSCI buy up TIGF

Brussels, 15/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: Snam-Pacific Mezz/TIGF. On 13 July, the European Commission gave the go-ahead for joint acquisition of French company Transport et Infrastructure Gaz France SA (TIGF) by Italy's Snam SpA, ultimately controlled by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA (CDP), and by Pacific Mezz Sarl (Pacific Mezz) of Luxembourg, ultimately controlled by GIC Special Investments Pte.
