01/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - Troika returns to Athens. Representatives of Greece's troika of lenders (the European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund) are back in Athens to complete their fact-finding mission (interrupted at the end of June), hopefully in time for the Eurogroup meeting on 8 July (see EUROPE 10872), so that the eurozone can give the go-ahead to payment of the next batch of financial aid before the summer break. The Greek media say that one option being considered is the idea of splitting the aid into three separate sub-instalments, with different conditions laid down for disbursement of each. (EL/transl.fl)
