Representatives of Greece's troika of lenders (the European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund) are back in Athens to complete their fact-finding mission (interrupted at the end of June), hopefully in time for the Eurogroup meeting on 8 July (see EUROPE 10872), so that the eurozone can give the go-ahead to payment of the next batch of financial aid before the summer break.
