EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton is to hold consultation with Serb and Kosovar representatives on Monday 11 and Thursday 14 March as part of the dialogue for restoring relations between Belgrade and Pristina, Ashton's spokesman announced on 8 March. During the evening of Monday 11 March, Ashton will be meeting the Serb president, Tomislav Nikolic, in Brussels, as well as Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic. On 14 March, she will be in Pristina for discussions with the Kosovar prime minister, Hashim Thaci, and the leaders of the Kosovar parties. The next dialogue meeting is scheduled for 20 March in Brussels where parallel structures in northern Kosovo are to be discussed (see EUROPE 10799). (CG/transl.jl)
