Brussels, 14/02/2013 (Agence Europe) - In order to make the biggest possible impact, St Valentine's Day was chosen to raise awareness of the global problem of violence against women, making it into One Billion Rising Day. The event has been taken up by European politicians committed to this issue, reaffirming their commitment to it.
