Brussels, 05/02/2013 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has announced its contribution to the setting in place of a funding project for Jordan's water sector.
To kick off its initiative, it is organising a seminar on Wednesday 20 in Amman during which it will present an ad hoc study. The seminar will cover the technical, legal, financial and institutional conditions that must be met for implementing the public-private partnership (PPP) project and other projects in the future. Successful examples of PPP water management projects will be presented, setting out lessons already learned from such projects in Jordan and other countries. (FB/transl.jl)
