Kallas says ball is in MEPs' court on mega-trucks

Brussels, 16/01/2013 (Agence Europe) - The Commission will not be tackling the question of authorising cross-border mega-truck traffic in its review of Directive 96/53 EC on the size and weight of these trucks. Nonetheless, the ball is in the court of the European Parliament when it comes to opening up this Pandora's box.
