24/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - Catherine Ashton condemns Monday's terrorist attacks. On Monday 23 July, the EU High Representative for foreign affairs condemned, “in the strongest terms the latest attacks in a number of Iraqi cities”, which left at least 111 dead and 235 injured on the day of the attack. Catherine Ashton is, “saddened by these continuing acts of terrorism aimed at derailing efforts to achieve stability and prosperity in Iraq”, explained her spokesperson.
