Brussels, 24/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - Slovenia threatened on Monday 23 July to put a block on Croatia's joining the European Union by not ratifying the accession treaty because of an unresolved dispute, which dates back to before the break up of Yugoslavia, over money belonging to Croatian depositors in a former Slovenian bank.
