Brussels, 19/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - A person selling air travel may not include flight cancellation insurance as a default setting when selling air tickets over the internet, the Court of Justice of the EU ruled on Thursday 19 July. It states that, as an “optional supplement”, flight cancellation insurance may be offered only on an opt-in basis.
