EP flies to rescue of regional airports

Brussels, 10/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has given a nudge to the Commission to pay more attention to regional airports. MEPs adopted the resolution of Philip Bradbourn (ECR, United Kingdom) on the future of regional airports in the EU, at their plenary session on Thursday 10 May. They are asking for better integration of small airports into the trans-European transport network, as well as an end to scandalously high reservation costs and the single piece of baggage...
