28/09/2011 (Agence Europe) - Young scientific talent rewarded. It was young scientists from Ireland, Switzerland and Lithuania who were awarded the highest accolade at the 23rd European Union Contest for Young Scientists in Helsinki on 27 September. Among 87 projects from 37 countries, two other prizes were also given to young scientists (all aged under 21) from Germany, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Norway and Poland. (JK/transl.fl)
