Brussels, 07/09/2011 (Agence Europe) - Germany's Karlsruhe constitutional court ruled on Wednesday 7 September that Germany may provide financial aid to eurozone countries without infringing its constitution, but demanded greater powers of scrutiny for Germany's parliament, which must give prior agreement each time that Germany wants to pledge to provide substantial aid to a struggling country.
