Brussels, 31/05/2011 (Agence Europe) - United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay was highly critical, on Monday 30 May, of the “rhetoric established in recent months, in particular in Italy and France” presenting migrants “as a burden to be unloaded onto others”, AFP reports.
