21/04/2011 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: CIE Management II/Phones4u Group. On Tuesday 19 April, the European Commission authorised the takeover of the British mobile telecommunications and non-life insurance services company MobiServ UK Co Ltd and its subsidiaries (Phones4u Group) by the company CIE Management II Limited (Guernesey), ultimately controlled by the British investment fund BC Partners Holdings Limited (BC Funds).
