Brussels, 10/02/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 February, the European Commission authorised a Romanian scheme with a budget of RON 120 million (around €30 million) which seeks to help farmers experiencing difficulties as a result of the current economic crisis find access to credit.
