Brussels, 11/01/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Turkish minister for foreign affairs declared that the EU high representative for foreign affairs, Catherine Ashton, will be in Istanbul on Thursday and Friday (13-14 January) to prepare for the meeting planned for 21-22 January in the city, between Iran and the 5+1 group on the Iranian nuclear dossier. During this preparatory visit, Ashton will meet the Turkish minister for foreign affairs, Ahmet Davutoglu, with whom she will discuss the Iranian nuclear dossier, EU-Turkish relations and accession negotiations.
