Brussels, 16/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament supports the EU-Africa strategic partnership set up in Lisbon in 2007 and the holding of annual EU-Africa summits which resulted this year, in Libya, with the adoption of a strategic action plan for 2010-2013.
