On 30 November, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of joint-control of Archangel (software solutions in company management through its subsidiary Visma AS), which is mainly active in the Scandinavian countries and the Netherlands, by US global alternative asset manager KKR and UK private equity company HgCapital.
