01/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - Resale of 185,000 tonnes of barley on the internal market. 223,403 tonnes of Community intervention stocks of cereals were resold on the internal market on 25 November in the first sale by tender: 185,136 tonnes of barley (including 86,883 tonnes from stocks in Germany and 34,945 tonnes from stocks in Finland) the minimum tender price for which was between €171.5 per tonne in Estonia and €179.65 per tonne in Austria; 38,267 tonnes of soft wheat (with 19,971 tonnes from the Czech Republic, 13,878 tonnes from Finland and 4,418 tonnes from Hungary) with minimum prices between €182 and €209 per tonne. Tenders were open for a total of 2.7 million tonnes of barley and 88,000 tonnes of wheat, and will continue over the coming weeks.
