Brussels, 30/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Council, the European Parliament (EP) and the Commission held the first formal meeting of the “trialogue” in the evening of Monday 29 November to discuss the draft regulation on implementing the European Citizens' Initiative (ECI).
