On 29 November the European Commission gave the go-ahead for the acquisition of joint control of the Danish business bank FIH Erhvervsbank by Danish state pension fund Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP), Danish pensions and life insurance savings bank PFA Pension forsikringsaktieselskab (PFA), Swedish insurance company Folksam Group and Danish financial consultants CPD.
