Brussels, 22/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - In addition to Serbia (see above), the General Affairs Council on Monday 25 October, in Luxembourg, is due to cover the following subjects:
Preparation of European Council on 28/29 October. Four dossiers will be on the agenda of this summit: economic governance (see related article page 7), preparation of the G-20 summit, preparation of the Cancun conference on climate change, and preparation of forthcoming summits with the strategic partners. On Sunday evening, Herman Van Rompuy will hold a working dinner with the members of the General Affairs Council (foreign affairs or European affairs ministers) to discuss the next summits.
European External Action Service (EEAS). The Council will formally adopt legislative texts adopted this week by the EP (financial regulation, staff regulations). (H.B./transl.jl)
