25/08/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its green light to plans by the Dutch investment fund NPM Capital N.V. to acquire the Dutch company Houdstermaatschappij Kramp Groep B.V. Houdstermaatschappij Kramp is a wholesaler active in the sales of parts for agricultural and horticultural machinery. The operation was approved after examination under the simplified procedure.
