15/07/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 14 July, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the proposed concentration by which the undertaking Keolis Nordic AB (Sweden), a subsidiary of Keolis SA, jointly controlled by SNCF-Participations (France)) and Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (Canada) plans to take over the whole of Busslink I Sverige AB (Sweden) through a purchase of shares. Keolis Nordic invests in transport services (buses, coaches, trains and light railway services) in Sweden and Denmark. Busslink operates bus services for Public Transportation Authorities in Sweden.
