Aquisition of Giraud by Geodis, a subsidiary of SNCF, approved

Brussels, 15/07/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 15 July, the European Commission approved the acquisition by Geodis (a global logistics chain and goods transport operator mainly active in France and part of the SNCF group) of four areas of Giraud, an international road freight group active in commissioning freight forwarding, logistics and road freight services in Europe.
