Isabelle Durant to represent Parliament in Kinshasa for commemoration of Congo's 50th anniversary

Brussels, 25/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - Isabelle Durant, Vice-President of the European Parliament, will be in Kinshasa from Monday 28 June to Thursday 1 July to represent the European Parliament at ceremonies being held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Congo's independence. Durant (Greens, Belgium) will seize this opportunity of being in DRC to meet various Congolese civil society representatives.
