25/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 29 June, the European Commission will start a new public awareness campaign about passenger rights in the EU. To reach as many people as possible, the Commission will be using a range of methods, like videos, posters and gradual mass leafleting of all the EU's airports. It will open a new website giving clear, detailed information. The campaign will last for two years and will kick off at Brussels international airport at Zaventem, opened by EU Transport Commissioner Siim Kallas and former EU Consumer Commissioner Meglena Kuneva, who is now a special advisor on passenger rights.
