17/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 17 June, the European Parliament approved a resolution calling for third-stage negotiations of the Open Skies agreement concluded on 25 March between the EU and the United States (EUROPE 10106) to be launched. Presented by all political groups at the EP, this draft resolution invites the European Commission to open the talks by 31 December 2013, by including the points relating to further liberalisation of traffic lights, additional foreign investment...
