Second Cotonou review was expected to be signed at ACP/EU Council in Ouagadougou but Council now postponed until 21-22 June

Brussels, 03/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Joint ACP/EU Council of Ministers was initially programmed to take place on 3-4 June in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). It will now finally take place on 21-22 June in the capital of Burkina Faso. The Council is expected to sign the second five yearly review of the Cotonou Agreement between the EU and 78 countries of the ACP group (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific).
