Sarkozy and Berlusconi call for conditions in which EU may set up border adjustment mechanism to be stipulated in June

Brussels, 15/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The most humdrum of news stories - the possibility that the EU will set up a border adjustment mechanism for protecting its industry from the risk of relocation in the event of stalled international climate talks on post-2013 - was back again on Thursday 15 April with a joint initiative by Nicolas Sarkozy and Silvio Berlusconi.
