Brussels, 15/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The foreign ministers of the “5+5”, which groups the five countries of the western rim of the Mediterranean (5 EU members - Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Malta) and five of the southern rim bordering on Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia as well as Libya and Mauritania), are to hold their eighth annual meeting in Tunis on 15 and 16 April.
