Brussels, 15/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - Coreper discussions on the proposal by Catherine Ashton relating to the creation of a European External Action Service (EEAS) are progressing well so that member states should be able to adopt a common position on the text by 22 April, said sources familiar with the issue after the Coreper meeting on Wednesday 14 April.
