Brussels, 29/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Arab "Summit" which took place last weekend in Surt, Libya, ended with the expression of a surface unity in the face of international efforts, led by the Americans, for a sustainable return of the Israelis and Palestinians to the negotiating table.
