29/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 29 March, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Dräger Medical AG & CO. KGaA by Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA, both of Germany, by way of purchase of shares. Drägerwerk is the holding company of the Dräger group, active in the fields of medical and safety technology.
