Brussels, 29/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has launched a public consultation, to continue until Friday 21 May, on the idea of revising regulation (EC) 1383/2003 on the intervention of the customs authorities regarding goods suspected of infringing certain intellectual property rights (IPR). This process, provided for in an action plan of the Council adopted in March 2009 (EUROPE 9868), requires the opinion of the national authorities, rights holders and consumers.
