02/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - The final date for applications to the third edition of the European Charlemagne Youth Prize has been set at 14 February. The Charlemagne prize, jointly organised by the European Parliament and the Charlemagne Foundation in Aachen (Germany) is aimed at young people of 16 to 30 years of age.
