Brussels, 03/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 27 November, the EU Council of Ministers adopted, by written procedure, a decision authorising the Commission to open negotiations with all the partner countries from the Mediterranean and the European Free Trade Area and with the Faroe Isles on an agreement setting up a “regional” (multilateral) rules of origin regime.
