03/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - Antonio Tajani, Commission Vice-President responsible for transport, attended on Wednesday 2 December the start of work for an urban highway tunnel in Maastricht (the Netherlands), that removes the last traffic lights on a vital trans-European north-south road link.
