Françoise Grossetête regrets failure of Council talks on crossborder care

Brussels, 03/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - It is to be regretted that member states have not managed to find an agreement on this text on patient mobility in the European Union, Françoise Grossetête said after the stalled talks in Council on Tuesday (EUROPE 10031).
