Brussels, 27/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - At the Education, Youth and Culture Council on Friday 27 November, youth ministers adopted a resolution and held an exchange of views on the renewed framework for European cooperation in the youth field, to cover the period from 2010 to 2018.
