Brussels, 27/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - As WTO Director General Pascal Lamy has reiterated and European Agriculture Commissioner Mariann Fischer Boel confirmed before the European Council of Agriculture Ministers on 20 November, the 7th WTO ministerial conference held in Geneva from 30 November to 2 December will not be a negotiation meeting but a platform to take forward discussions being held at technical level at the WTO with a view to reaching a final overall agreement to conclude the...
