27/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - As predicted (see EUROPE 10025), Croatia has closed three more chapters - energy, financial services, consumer protection - during membership talks held on Friday 27 November in Brussels. In total, the country has now finalised talks on 15 of the 35 chapters under discussion, and 28 chapters are open. (H.B./transl.jl)
