Strasbourg, 25/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On her return from Tunis where she attended the trial of poet and journalist Taoufik Ben Brik last week, French MEP Hélène Flautre, speaking on behalf of the Greens/EFA in the European Parliament on Tuesday 24 November, condemned the “unbounded violence” of the Tunisian government against human rights activists in Tunisia, since the re-election of President Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali on 25 October.
