Nigeria to receive €677 million EDF funding

Brussels, 23/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - Nigeria can count on €677 million in European support for governance, trade and peace over the period from 2009 to 2013.

In Brussels on 19 November, the European Commission and Nigerian authorities signed the Country Strategy Paper and National Indicative Programme for Nigeria, which provides for this funding under the 10th European Development Fund (10th EDF).
