23/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved plans by One Equity Partners II, which is controlled by JP Morgan Chase & Co, to take control of Schoeller Arca Systems Services BV of the Netherlands, which designs, produces, distributes and sells plastic handling products.
