23/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its authorisation to plans by Santander Consumer Finance S.A., which belongs to Banco Santander S.A., to take sole control of two Polish retail banks, AIG Bank Polska S.A. and AIG Credit S.A.
