Just like those with cancelled flights, passengers whose flights are delayed may be entitled to compensation

Brussels, 19/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a judgment delivered on Thursday 19 November 2009, the Court of Justice of the European Communities said that air passengers reaching their destinations three hours or more later than scheduled could seek flat-rate compensation from the airline, in the same way as passengers whose flights have been cancelled.
