Commissioner Karel De Gucht welcomes continuing rapprochement between DRC and Rwanda

Brussels, 19/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - Karel De Gucht, European Development and Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, welcomes the latest events showing the increased cooperation between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda with a view to resolving the problems to the east of the Congo.
